We had a special, celebratory work event for 50 people and were hoping to offer our international colleagues an exquisite culinary Lyonnaise experience. We approached Chef Sean who provided exactly the experience we were looking for. He took care to deliver a personalised, beautiful, stress-free experience from start to finish. Both meat and vegetarian options were divine, as were the desserts. I cannot recommend Sean and his team highly enough.
