Private Chef Sean offers a private chef service for festive events and receptions in Lyon — birthdays, New Year's Eve, end-of-year celebrations, family gatherings, business dinners. Sean Ouler, trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, with kitchen experience at the restaurant Paul Bocuse and ten years across several major French gastronomic houses, composes a festive menu from a personalised brief : occasion, service format, number of guests, atmosphere. Sourcing from Lyon artisans, full preparation and service in your space. The service is operated by the chef directly for up to twenty guests, and up to fifty with a dedicated brigade organised in advance. Special diets integrated from the design stage. Food and wine pairing as an option. Area : Lyon, all of France and Europe by request. Pricing on a personalised quote according to menu, format, travel. Limited availability during festive periods : booking recommended three to four weeks in advance.

From 2 to 50 guests depending on the chosen format. Intimate dinner, family reception, dinner cocktail, large gathering — every configuration is possible. Beyond 20 guests, a service team can be deployed.

After an initial conversation, I propose a menu suited to the occasion, your guests' tastes and the season. Everything is handled on my side: sourcing, equipment, logistics. You have nothing to organise.

No. I work with my own professional kit. A standard kitchen is enough — I adapt the menu and techniques to your configuration. Apartment, villa, private reception venue: everything works.

Yes. I can officiate at your second residence, a rented property, a private reception venue or any other accessible location. Logistical conditions are reviewed together upstream.

Absolutely. Each menu is built bespoke after a conversation about your tastes, your guests' dietary requirements, and your expectations. No diet or allergy is an obstacle.

A minimum of 72 hours is required for a standard service. For complex or large-scale events, 2 to 3 weeks are ideal to compose the perfect menu and secure the finest produce.
