Sean Ouler, graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, with experience at the restaurant Paul Bocuse and ten years spent in leading gastronomic houses, composes each menu from a preliminary exchange : occasion, culinary preferences, food and wine or champagne pairing. Sourcing is secured from Lyon artisans. Plating and service are discreet, with a cadence aligned to your rhythm. The chef steps aside between courses to preserve intimacy. Special diets are taken in charge : vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies. Indicative duration of 2h30 to 4h depending on the chosen format. Coverage : Lyon, all of France and Europe by request.
