Private Chef Sean offers a private romantic dinner at home in Lyon — a gastronomic experience designed for two, in your private space. Sean Ouler, graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, with experience at the restaurant Paul Bocuse and ten years spent in leading gastronomic houses, composes each menu from a preliminary exchange : occasion, culinary preferences, food and wine or champagne pairing. Sourcing is secured from Lyon artisans. Plating and service are discreet, with a cadence aligned to your rhythm. The chef steps aside between courses to preserve intimacy. Special diets are taken in charge : vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies. Indicative duration of 2h30 to 4h depending on the chosen format. Coverage : Lyon, all of France and Europe by request. Pricing on personalised quotation ; availability is limited, booking is recommended fourteen days ahead of the date.
