Private Chef Sean offers a private chef service for receptions and gastronomic dinners at home in Lyon — designed for 2 to 20 guests in your residence or reception venue. Sean Ouler, trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, with experience at the restaurant Paul Bocuse, ten years of craft in several leading French gastronomic houses, composes the menu from a precise brief : occasion, number of guests, desired atmosphere. Sourcing from Lyon artisans, full preparation in your kitchen, table service by the chef. Diets taken in charge : vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, preferences. Beyond twenty guests, a dedicated brigade is organised by request. Formats covered : private dinners, corporate receptions, birthdays, confidential events. Coverage : Lyon, all of France and Europe by request. Pricing on personalised quotation ; booking is recommended fourteen days in advance.
