Private Chef Sean offers a private chef-in-residence service for immersive gastronomic stays — villa, family home, private estate. Sean Ouler, whose path began at the Institut Paul Bocuse (third-year internship), with experience at the restaurant Paul Bocuse and ten years across several major French gastronomic houses, takes charge of the full catering of your stay : breakfast, lunch, dinner, at the desired rhythm. Menus composed in advance based on the stay, the guests and the standout occasions (dinner of honour, anniversary on site, informal moment). Local sourcing from artisans and producers, on-site preparation, full service delivered by the chef. Special diets accommodated. Service across France and in Europe by request — second residences, prestigious rentals, chalets, villas by the sea or in the mountains. Pricing established on a detailed quote according to duration, number of guests, location. Booking advised several weeks in advance to secure availability.
