Private Chef Sean offers bespoke culinary experiences in Lyon and surroundings — adapted to a specific location, a particular occasion, a personalised exigence. Sean Ouler, trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, with experience at the Paul Bocuse restaurant and ten years across several great French gastronomic houses, designs each service from a detailed brief : location (apartment, residence, villa, loft, rented space), number of guests, atmosphere, food and wine pairing, service format. No service is standardised : everything is defined together. Sourcing from Lyon artisans and seasonal producers. Full preparation and service handled by the chef for up to twenty guests, beyond that brigade by request. Special diets integrated without compromise. Area : Lyon and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Interventions throughout France and in Europe by request. Pricing on personalised quote within 24 h after the initial brief. Limited availability, booking recommended fourteen days in advance.
