Today, this exigence translates into a cuisine entirely bespoke, designed for every client, every venue, and every moment.
My story

Very early on, I discovered the gastronomic world through my family environment. An immersion that marked the beginning of a journey guided by passion and exigence.

The beginnings
Year 9 internship at Institut Paul Bocuse — a revelation. A passion born well before the stoves, confirmed by this first immersion in exceptional cuisine.
The fundamentals
Training in traditional cuisine. Rigour, fundamentals, and precision of gesture.
The exigence
Experience in the kitchen of restaurant Paul Bocuse (Auberge du Pont de Collonges) and in several Michelin-starred gastronomic houses, including a collaboration with Benoît Charvet, world champion of frozen desserts.
